Where do I send my photo(s)?
Please send your photos and any additional information to us, in a message within Our Company. If you're having any issues, please send to the email but staying within Our Company is preferable.
Do you send a mock-up before printing?
Yes, you will receive a digital mock-up within one working day of placing your order. Most orders are also dispatched the same day if your able to respond before 12:00 GMT.
How is the mug printed?
All our products are printed at our workshop in London, UK using industry leading equipment - made in USA which prints up to 4800 x 1200 dpi. Crafted with the process of Thermal Transfer, transferring special ink into the pillow cover which guarantees a lifelong product (no fading or loss of colour).
